Returns Procedure

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving an item. We offer a full refund or exchange for all items returned within this period.

To be eligible for a return your garment must be unworn, with tags and in the same condition that you received it in.

Note that Concept A Label is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned.

Please email contact if you wish to lodge a return, and allow up to 48 hours for a response.

For international orders, a return must be facilitated by the customer locally.

Custom, made-to-order and customised pieces (including pieces that have had sizing adjusted) are not eligible for return.
