Returns Procedure

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving an item. We offer a full refund or exchange for all items returned within this period.

To be eligible for a return your garment must be unworn, with tags and in the same condition that you received it in.

Note that Concept A Label is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned.

Please email contact if you wish to lodge a return, and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
